FEES
Patients are required to pay for each appointment using cash or bank transfer. We provide a receipt which patients can use to claim back the cost of fees from their private healthcare insurer, if they have one. (It is the patients responsibility to check with their healthcare insurer that they will be reimbursed.)

Medical / Health Insurance :
We ask our patients to pay us at the time of treatment. We provide all our patients with paper receipts for payment, which can be used to claim back your treatment fees from your health insurance provider (if you have one). Please note that Mr Andrea Franzi's clinical title is now 'Manual Medicine Practitioner' so please check with your health insurance provider whether or not you can claim back the cost of treatment from him.
Cancellation Policy:
We reserve the right to charge the full fee for missed appointments or where appointments are cancelled with less than 24 hours notice.
Please let us know, as soon as possible, if you are unable to make your appointment to enable us to re-schedule. We are often heavily booked and have people waiting for a cancellation - failing to arrive for your appointment often deprives someone who is in pain and in need of treatment. - £70 (Adult 18+) - upto 1 hour
- £60 (Child 5 years+) - upto 50 mins
- £50 (Child under 5 years) - upto 40 mins

- £ 60 (Adult 18+) - upto 40 mins
- £ 50 (full-time students and all children under 16) - upto 30 mins
